End of Life & Palliative Care

Pets are such an important part of our families and our lives, that saying goodbye is a challenging and emotional time.

Meadows Veterinary Centre prides itself on helping you navigate this hard time with empathy, compassion and support. 

We can offer counselling on end of life and palliative care decisions with your beloved pet's welfare and best interests as a priority, as well as providing you as an owner with clear information and support. 

When the time comes we are able to provide euthanasia services both in the practice or in your home (where safe & appropriate), with the process being focussed on creating a calm, loving and peaceful environment for you and your pet. 

We work closely with Edenhills Pet Cremation for after-care, should you wish to have your pet cremated or have individual unique keepsakes created to remember them by. You can rest assured that your pet's remains will be treated with the utmost respect and dignity throughout the after-care process.
